How do I create an account ?

Simply go to the website at https://portal.indyhousing.org/landlord  and click on the link that says "Create an Account".  Fill out the requested information and then click on button at the bottom of the page that says "Create Account".  

You will receive email notifications on the status and progress of your account creation.

Why can't I log in?

  1. Have you created an account?  If not refer to "How to create an account".
  2. Did you forget your user account or password?  If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password" link on the home page.  If you have forgotten your username, please send an email to portal@indyhousing.org with detailed information so that we verify that you have created an account.
  3. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.  Please check to make sure your Caps Lock key isn't on.
  4. Did you receive an email notification that your account has successfully been created?  If not, just give us a few more days to create the account.  
  5. Did you read and agree to the Terms of Service agreement on the main page?  If not, please read and check the box to agree to the terms of service.

How do I see my check information?

  1. Simply login to partner portal.
  2. Click on My Payments tab on the left.
  3. Then click on the right arrow next to the check you wish to view detailed information on.

Can I see who is living in my units?

Yes, on the main page simply click on the "My families" tab on the left.  Then click on the magnifying glass next to the unit you wish to see.

How do I receive the IHA newsletter?

On the main page, simply click on the "My Profile" tab on the left.  Then click on the link at the bottom of the page that says "Subscribe/Unsubscribe to the HA Newsletter".  That's it.

Will standard forms be posted on this site?

Yes, forms will be available in the "Forms" section of the Communications tab.

Do I need multiple accounts for multiple properties?

The Partner Portal system is driven from the tax id number given to the agency.  Whatever information regarding units, inspections and checks are associated with that tax id is what will be seen with your new login.  If you manage multiple properties that are owned by multiple individuals or corporations, then a separate login/email address will need to be created for each tax id.

Can I have multiple email accounts for the same tax id?

No.  The system will only allow one email account per tax id.

My password doesn't work.  How do I reset it?

On the main page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.  Then enter in your email address that was used to create your account.  Parter Portal will send you a new password via email.

How long will I have to wait before my account is created?

Your account will be reviewed within a maximum of 5 business days.  Once we have verified your information, you will receive an email with your account information.
